In the last 3 years, I’ve been involved in a lot of new product development, especially our collection for sensitive skin. I love the quality of our products, the ingredients and the packaging, and after working on them for months, it’s such a special moment to see the final products go on the shelf. Suzanne Colston-Lynch Head Of Training & Team Leader Favourite product: Organic Frankincense Essential Oil When I joined Neal’s Yard Remedies almost 13 years ago, it immediately felt like home. As an experienced holistic therapist and skincare expert, I brought my love for all things natural and organic to create and teach the workshops for our staff and consultants. It’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle and we’re part of a family and community, which is why I have so much passion for what I do. In an ever-changing world, Neal’s Yard Remedies has been a constant and consistent voice in ethical wellbeing and I’m excited about what we’ll achieve next. Susan Curtis Senior Brand Ambassador Favourite product: Seaweed & Arnica Foaming Bath From my first trip sourcing organic lavender essential oil from Provence in the mid-1980s to helping establish a more sustainable supply of frankincense from Oman, for over 30 years I’ve been passionate about making a difference by trading ethically. Our aim has always been to enhance the lives of harvesters, while adding value to the land in which they live and work and source the highest quality ingredients. I’m extremely proud of the work we do to achieve this. Kerry Chaplen Head of UK Home Operations Favourite product: Wild Rose Beauty Balm What I love best is the passion felt by everyone who works here and we’re making a difference to the planet and supporting communities across the world – it’s more than just a job. I’m fortunate to have worked at our Dorset office in the past, and I was surprised to see how much we’d grown – from the warehouse expansion to the on-site store – our eco factory and organic gardens are just beautiful, and such an inspiring place to work.
